Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect scheduled treatment time, the following policy applies: Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. If no deposit has been paid, the deposit amount will be charged. Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend: The full session fee will be charged. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. Full session fees still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and cancellation fees may apply. Prepaid Packages Missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a session being deducted from your package. Less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the full session value being charged. Consultation & Suitability A consultation and skin assessment are required before your first session to ensure safety and suitability. Any contraindications or health concerns must be disclosed prior to treatment. Results & Expectations Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Multiple sessions are typically required for optimal improvement in skin tone, texture, collagen production, and reduction of fine lines.
